Van Allen Lab - Clinical Computational Oncology

Eliezer Van Allen, MD
CLINICAL COMPUTATIONAL ONCOLOGY

Mission

To drive precision cancer medicine through clinical computational oncology:
  • Creating the engine to clinically interpret a patient's cancer genome
  • Discovering response and resistance mechanisms to cancer therapies through patient-centered molecular profiling
  • Developing new computational approaches to dissect cancer data
  • Exploring the inherited and environmental impact on cancer
  • Establishing the next generation of computational oncologists

We are always looking for motivated scientists (computational biologists, post-doctoral fellows, etc) - if you're interested please reach out!
